"Trashion" Show & Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser:    Class 7A is holding a "Trashion" Show and Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser on Thursday, January 19th @ 6:00 p.m.  Tickets are $5.00 and for Children Under 9 - $2.00.  Tickets will give you a bowl of spaghetti, drink and a dessert.  Your ticket will also give you a take home bowl made from an old record.  There will also be a 50/50 Draw and a Silent Auction.  The proceeds raised from this event will go to Free the Children and the LBC Breakfast Program.  Order forms have gone home with all students and are due back by Friday, January 13.  Thank you for your support. 

Cold Weather/Indoor Recess Policy:    When the temperature, including the windchill reaches minus 25 or colder, students will be allowed to stay in during recesses.  Students are reminded to dress for the colder weather and not to arrive at school in the mornings much before the entry bell at 8:45 a.m.     

Reminder to Parents/Guardians/Staff/Students:   LBC School is a nut/peanut safe school.  We have students who have life-threatening allergies to nuts/peanuts.  In an effort to keep all of our students safe, we ask that you do not bring or send any food products for lunch or recess snack that may contain nuts/peanuts.  Thank you for your support and cooperation. 

Visitors to the school:   Reminder to all visitors, including parents, that you are asked to please report to the office upon arriving at the school.  If parents are dropping something off for their child, i.e. keys, lunch, etc. the secretary will call the child to the office.  Parents are asked not to disturb classes.  Thank you for your cooperation.
